Would Ibuprofen intensify the condition of the corona virus Infection?

As a pharmacist, I would like to know that will ibuprofen will worsen the immunity status of coronavirus patients? Should we avoid ibuprofen?
Some researchers suggest the anti-inflammatory properties of ibuprofen could "dampen" the body's immune reaction.
"There are numerous studies suggesting that ibuproven use during a respiratory infection may exacerbate the disease or cause other complications," says Prof. Parastou Donyai from the University of Reading.
WHO collects more data on this subject before making a formal recommendation but does not know of published clinical or population-based data on this topic after a rapid literature review,There is insufficient research to tell whether or not ibuprofen exacerbates the symptoms of coronavirus.
But for the safer side it better to avoid ibuprofen with COVID-19 patients based on the risk and benefit assessments.
