What the preventive measures for medical workers?

I am a 33year old male working in hospital.As a hospital worker what extra measures can i take to prevent the infection?
During a health care interaction with a COVID-19 patient, healthcare workers must wear personal protective equipment.
The PPE set items,
- Single-use gloves
- Medical mask
- Face shield or goggles/protective glasses
- Disposable gown
