Is there any chance for relapse of Cornavirus Infection after treatment? How do they confirm the patient is completely recovered from the COVID -19 Infection?

There is no any official communicatios from CDC or WHO on this regard. But few reports mentioned that recovered patients got positive results for COVID- 2019. These findings need to reviewed and confirmed.
Recovered patients also isolated in few countries to avoid the spread of infections.
