What are the differences between corona virus and flu?

I am having synptoms like fever, sore throat, head ache, runny nose, muscle pain.how can I know is it corona virus or some other infection?

The current coronavirus outbreak is related to COVID-19, which is a new strain of coronavirus that’s recently been identified. COVID-19 is a contagious virus that mainly infects the lungs and it may develop pneumonia or severe lung damage.
