I understood that less immunity is one of the reason for coronavirus related deaths. How can i boost my immunity, should i use any medicines for that?

Growing part of the body, including the immune system, performs best by defending against threats from the atmosphere and promoting safe living practices such as:

  • Do not smoke.
  • Eat berries, vegetables and whole grains, heavy quality food.
  • Taking a multivitamin if you fear you do not receive all the nutrients your food requires.
  • Regularly workout.
  • Hold your weight safe.
  • Manage stress levels
  • Maintain Blood Pressure
  • Consume just mildly, when you drink alcohol (not more than 1 or 2 drinks a day for adults, not more than one drink a day for women).
  • Get enough food. Just get enough food.
  • Taking action to avoid illness, such as always washing your hands.
