Graduate Pharmacy Aptitude Test (GPAT) is a National Level Entrance Examination for entry into M. Pharma Programme. Inviting Online Applications for Graduate Pharmacy Aptitude Test (GPAT) -2021 23 December 2020.
  • (i) Candidates can apply for GPAT-2021 through “Online” mode only. The Application Form in any other mode will not be accepted.
  • (ii)Only one application is to be submitted by a candidate. Multiple Application Forms submitted by a candidate will not be accepted at any cost
.
  • (iii)Candidates, who desire to appear in GPAT-2021, may see the detailed Information Bulletin available on the NTA websites: gpat.nta.nic.in/www.nta.ac.in

Last date to fill application Form: 22-Jan-2021

Last date to upload documents and pay application fee: 23-Jan-2021

GPAT 2021 Application Form


GPAT 2021 application form is now available online on the official website of NTA form December 23, 2020.


Step 1: Register for Online Application Form using your own mobile number and email ID and note down system generated Application Number :

The candidate should supply the required details while filling the Online Application Form and is also required to create PASSWORD and choose Security Question and enter his/her Answer.
After successful submission of the personal details, the Application number will be generated, and it will be used to complete the remaining Steps of the Application Form and will also be required for all future reference/ correspondence.
For subsequent logins, the candidate will be able to login directly with the respective system generated Application Number and Password.

Step 2: Complete the Application Form Candidate can log in with the system generated Application Number and Password for completing the Application Form.

Step 3: Upload Scanned Images of Candidate’s Photograph, Signature, PwD Certificate (wherever applicable) :

The recent photograph should be either in color or black & white with 80% face (without mask) visible including ears against white background.

Scanned photograph and signature should be in JPG/JPEG format (clearly legible).
Size of scanned photograph should be between 10 kb to 200 kb (clearly legible).
Size of scanned signature should be between 4 kb to 30 kb (clearly legible)
Size of the scanned copy of PwD certificate between 50 kb to 300 kb (clearly legible)

GPAT Admit Card

National Testing Agency or the NTA will release the GPAT 2021 Admit Card likely in the last week of January 2021 and candidates will be able to download the same from the official website of NTA.
