How many Atenolol tablets should i take after food?

I am a 50 year old female and i was recently diagnosed with Hypertension. I am confused on how many Atenolol 50 mg Tablets i should take after taking food.

The initial dose for hypertension is 50 mg, given as one tablet a day.
