Pharmaceutical organizations strive to monitoring the safety of medicines and taking action to reduce risks and increase benefits from medicines and improve patient care. In short assessment of the risks and benefits of marketed medicines . But, monitoring patient safety is challenging, and resource intensive activity, sometimes leading to escalating costs, process inconsistency, and noncompliance. We had also seen adverse event (AE) volume was double over the last five years, and expect to see a similar increase soon.

Technologies such as optical character recognition (OCR), robotic process automation (RPA), artificial intelligence (AI), natural language processing (NLP), and machine learning (ML), in short, cognitive computing have great promise but must be applied with deep PV domain expertise to achieve results.
