comprehensive assessmentof all the State, Private & Deemed Universities at the hands of Shri Basavaraj Rayaraddi, Hon'ble Minister for Higher Education. The report has been compiled by'ICARE Ratings', the research and analysis division of the Indian Centre for Academic Rankings & Excellence, a prestigious rankings & ratings agency on behalf of the Government.
