NLEM medicines are listed for healthcare levels, namely primary (P), secondary (S) and tertiary (T).

There are 209 formulations for all levels of health care (P, S, T), 115 formulations for secondary and tertiary level (S, T) and 79 formulations for tertiary level (T) medicines.

It should be noted that certain medicinal formulations are classified at different levels, but they are counted as one as a product. There is a total number of drugs 376.

NLEM 2011 listed 348 medicinal products. To prepare NLEM 2015, which now includes a total of 376 medicines, a total of 106 medicines have been added and 70 medicines have been withdrawn.
