After initial drafting of the questionnaire, it is usually tested for content and construct validity. Next is the test for internal consistency of the questionnaire. The overall internal consistency of the questionnaire can be measured by Cronbach’s alpha (α)

In this video, it was detailed how to find cronbachs alpha findings using microsoft excel.




There are many free tools also available to calculate the Cronbach’s alpha (α), for example using jamovi - statistical tool -Download Here.

In that under the factor analysis tab you can find reliability analysis. Before that, set your variables by entering the data in the respective fields, and then you can run the analysis for getting your results.
