Any initiatives on Medication Management by the Government ?

Is there any initiatives are taken by our central and state governments for MEDICATION MANAGEMENT? As far I know only ADR Monitoring is in active state.

How about Medication Adherence?

How about managing Medication Errors?

How about Health Education?

Let me know if any programs are initiated by our governments.
