There are 3 types of searches that can be done on the CFR Title 21 database.
1.Search by Part and Section Number
Enter the entire number in the format shown (e.g., 862.1325) and select Search Regulations

2. Select a CFR Part Number
Use the drop-down arrow to select one of the CFR Part Numbers for Title 21 and select Search Regulations
3.Full Text Search
You may enter a single word (example DEVICE), an exact phrase (example DEVICE TRACKING) or multiple words connected by AND (example import AND export)

STEP –1 Select a Title No 21 (Foods and Drugs) from the list below, then press "Go".

So basically, by using e-CFR method you will follow this path when you make the search
TITLE 21 ---> Chapter ---> Sub Chapter ---> Part ---> Sub Part ---> Content
