AICTE Approval Process Hand Book 2018-19 included PharmD program in it for the first time after PharmD was introduced in 2008 in India. See pages 47, 77, 78 and 96.
Existing PCI approved Pharm D institutions need to submit additional documents to get their approval from AICTE.
