What is the role of a moderator?
Moderators are individuals (or groups of individuals) who look after the forums from day to day. They have the authority to edit or delete posts and lock, unlock, move, delete and split topics in the forum they moderate. Generally, moderators are present to prevent users from going off-topic or posting abusive or offensive material.
The moderator is responsible for ensuring that the content within a forum - and in the over all community-is appropriate for all community members. As a moderator of a particular forum, you will be having the following special permissions as like an admin for the allotted forum titles.
1. You need not get approval from admin to post your contents.
2. You can approve members forum topics/reply.
3. Likewise, you can develop a speciality group.
4. You can approve or ban members if necessary.
How to become a PharmD Info moderator?
We have set some eligibility criterias for becoming a moderator in our forums. As a member you should contribute minimum of 25 topics under your interest forums. Also you must have earned good reputation on the area of your interest or specialisation.
