How to find UGC Approved List of Journals 2021 (UGC-CARE List)? Check the procedure here!
Group A: Research journals from all disciplines indexed in Scopus (Source list) or Web of Science
To access the list of UGC approved Scopus Index Journals - Click Here
To access the list of UGC approved Web of Science Journals follow the links mentioned below,
Arts & Humanities Citation Index. Click here
Science Citation Index Expanded. Click Here
Social Sciences Citation Index. Click Here
To access the UGC Care approved List Group B, C & D list group journals follow the below steps,
Step 1 – Visit the official website of UGC-CARE i.e. https://ugccare.unipune.ac.in/site/website/index.aspx
Step 2 – Search for the login button and click on it.
Step 3 – Now you have to register yourself to get logged in. Submit your name, mobile number, address and email id carefully.
Step 4 – In the very next step, you will have to create a password. You should not share it with anyone.
Step 5 – Use your username and password for login.
Step 6 - Search the list of journals after your successful registration by following the below link - https://ugccare.unipune.ac.in/Apps1/user/user/Search
Note: Separate links are provided for these journals under Group A on the UGC-CARE List search page.
Group B: Journals from the previous “UGC-Approved List” which are qualified as per the analysis protocols.
Group C: Journals from all disciplines recommended by UGC-CARE Council members, which are qualified as per the analysis protocols.
Group D: Journals from all disciplines and languages submitted by UGC-CARE Universities, which are qualified as per the analysis protocols.
Note: The above lists are updated only till 31st August 2019, to know the current list you are advised to visit UGC- CARE website.
