The Pharmacy Council of India coordinated with the Ministry of Health and Family Welfare, Government of India in the preparation of lists of Pharmacists in the country who can be enrolled as a part of the Health Workforce for fighting the Coronavirus pandemic.
The Government of India has recognized the pharmacists as an essential health workforce and included the pharmacists who can be sourced in different states as COVID Warriors and making the State Pharmacy Councils as the Nodal office for the same.
Pharmacy Council of India continues to advance the Pharmacy Profession.
