Required Clinical Pharmacist - Kino Health Bengaluru, Karnataka, India
Looking for a certified clinical pharmacist with overall experience of 0-5 years (PharmD, BPharm, MPharm). Should be proficient in English and Kannada.
Responsibilities:
1. Interact with patients/caregivers via phone on a daily basis
2. Help patients/caregivers understand their prescriptions along with advice on medication uptake, polypharmacy .etc.
3. Record medication history, adherence and health outcomes data using our proprietary tool, PROTIA
4. Maintain diligence, privacy and security while capturing data
5. Should have an empathetic approach and patience while speaking to patients
6. Help prepare reports for each patient post assessment
