I m a hypertensive patient. I am doing yoga everyday. will it be helpful for me to reduce the high blood pressure.

ofcourse, yoga helps in the management of hypertension.Yoga is a natural way to control blood pressure. It can be very beneficial for the mind and body. All you need to do is choose the right yoga poses.
