I never go out due to lockdown period and after 144 Law. Is that necessary i should wash my hand every one hour to prevent coronavirus infection?

Its not required if you dont go out from home. If you go outside of the home for any reasons, you must wash your hand compulsorily for 20 seconds using soap and water. Because you may bring the COVID-19 pathogens from external sources to your home.

Its also advised that dont touch anything in your home ( Including door locks, keys, mobile, and etc) before doing proper hand wash.
