I do not like eating of brocolis and garlic but my Docter friend suggested me to eat the brocoli and garlic which prevent the cancer.Because eating them gives much useful in the phytochemical powerhouse which prevents the disease called cancer.
No single food can protect you against cancer by itself.

But research shows that a diet filled with a variety of vegetables, fruits, whole grains, beans and other plant foods helps lower risk for many cancers. In laboratory studies, many individual minerals, vitamins and phytochemicals demonstrate anti-cancer effects.

Broccoli & Cruciferous Vegetables
Brussels Sprouts
Pulses: Dry Beans, Peas, and Lentils (Legumes)
Squash (Winter)
Whole Grains
The other food items which can kill cancer cells are
-- Folate rich foods which means B Complex vitamin can be many "good for you"foods and the manufactures of Cereals ,Pastas and breads often fortify their products with folate
--Vitamin D foods which helps absorb calcium to build strong teeth and bones may also build protection against cancer
• Foods That Fight Cancer and help prevent further development includ Apples, Blueberries,Broccoli & Cruciferous Vegetables, Carrots. Cherries, Coffee, Cranberries,Dark Green Leafy Vegetables, Dry Beans and Peas (Legumes) Flaxseed, Garlic, Grapefruit,Grapes and Grape Juice, Soy, Squash (Winter) Tea, Tomatoes, Walnuts, Whole Grains.
• In laboratory studies, graviola extracts can kill some types of liver and breast cancer cells. These cells are resistant to some chemotherapy drugs.
No food protect people against cancer completely.The term cancer fighting foods refers to food that may lower the risk of developing cancer if a person add them in a diet.
Custard apples will prevent cancer.
Apple,Berries,Carrots Fatty fish,Walnut will also help to prevent cancer .
