I am a 45 year old woman and I have been suffering from hypertension for the past 7 years. When I have high BP my vision becomes blur, is it because of high blood pressure, so will it eventually affect my vision?

Hypertension can cause damage to the blood vessels in the retina, the area at the back of the eye where images focus. This eye disease is known as hypertensive retinopathy.
